Honda Cross Cub 110 2025: New model is a great combination of style and performance
Honda Motorcycle Japan has launched the latest update of the 2025 Honda Cross Cub 110 under its popular Cross Cub series. This new model is a compact scrambler bike that comes with stylish design and practical performance, especially for driving in cities and light off-road.
Design and Structure
The design language of the new Cross Cub 110 is very similar to the Honda CT125, but comes with some special changes. While the CT125 has wire-spoke rims and multi-purpose tires, the Cross Cub 110 gets 17-inch alloy rims at both the front and rear, making it suitable for both road and light off-road.
Engine and Performance
The 2025 model is powered by a 109cc 1-cylinder, SOHC, 4-stroke air-cooled engine that generates 8.0 PS of power at 7,500 rpm and 8.8 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. It gets a 4-speed gearbox and automatic clutch system. Equipped with fuel injection technology (PGM-FI), this bike gives a mileage of 67.9 km/l (WMTC) with a 4.1-litre tank. An optional engine option with less than 50cc capacity is also available for Class 1 license holders in Japan.
Features and Technology
The focus of the Cross Cub 110 is on simple but useful features. It has a halogen headlight at the front, while the taillight and indicators are LED. The instrument cluster is a hybrid unit that includes an LCD screen showing gear position, fuel level and digital clock along with a clock-type speedometer.
New color options and special editions
The 2025 update retains the Matte Jeans Blue Metallic color, which was first introduced in December 2023. Apart from this, Matte Armored Green Metallic and Pearl Deep Mud Gray color options are also available. Notably, Honda has also once again introduced the 'Kumamon Edition', which includes design elements of the cute red-cheeked Kumamon bear, the mascot of Kumamoto Prefecture in Japan.
Price and availability
The standard model of the Honda Cross Cub 110 has been priced at 363,000 yen in Japan, which is equivalent to approximately 78,910–83,240 Thai Baht. However, the launch of this model in Thailand is unlikely, as there is already the CT125 available there which meets the demand of this category.
Conclusion:
The Honda Cross Cub 110 (2025) is a great option for riders looking for a stylish, affordable and multi-purpose moped. Its modern look, reliable engine and features suitable for daily riding make it a complete package.
